Kathy J. Richardson, Director
krichardson@horizonview.net
Kathy has been with the program since it began in 1997. She started out
as the victim advocate and worked her way up to becoming director. She
is a graduate of Ohio University-Chillicothe and is a registered advocate
with senior standing with the Ohio Advocate Network. Kathy has enjoyed
working with different crime victims throughout the years and has learned
that every crime victim is different. There is no typical response to
victimization. Every crime victim heals at their own pace and in their
own way. Kathy is dedicated to ensuring that crime victims are notified
of court hearings and that they understand the status of his/her case.
